About the Role:
As a Production Support Associate, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where you’ll support multiple areas of our Production team, helping ensure that our state-of-the-art facility operates at its best. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude make all the difference. Responsibilities of the Role:
In this role, you’ll provide flexible support across three key areas of Production:
Automated Production Support (70%)
- Clean dishes, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced commercial dish pit.
- Remove soiled equipment from machine rooms and return clean parts to service.
- Keep custom machinery running by ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Shipping Support (20%)
- Accurately package and prepare customer orders with care.
- Assist with labelling, boxing, and staging shipments for pickup.
- Support the shipping team with light administrative and organizational tasks.
Preventive Maintenance Support (10%)
- Assist with routine cleaning and periodic preventive maintenance tasks on custom automated machinery, facilities and equipment.
- Support the upkeep of our new, state-of-the-art production facility.
Across all areas, you’ll maintain strict adherence to GMP standards and Quality Assurance guidelines, ensuring your work area remains clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
Experience Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
- Experience helpful but not required - previous work in dishwashing, janitorial, shipping, or warehouse settings is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- An interest in the Natural Products industry.

The typical starting base salary range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. This role is Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6:30 pm.
